UPDATE: Open Letter to the California State Bar Disciplinary Board

It has been a full two (2) three (3) years since a formal petition to disbar on Dr. Orly Taitz for was filed. To date, there appears to be no action regarding this complaint.

I am adding my voice to the chorus of complaints regarding ORLY TAITZ, ESQUIRE, BAR NUMBER 223433.

Dr. Taitz has a record of scurrilous and unprofessional behavior, that is tainting the perception of members of the California State Bar (my father recently retired as a member), in that she has pursued with the compulsion of a stalker spurious allegations that our duly elected President of the United States is not a citizen, has presented documents, including a “kenyan” birth certificate later identified to be a forgery, has harassed members of the Supreme Court, leveled derogatory charges to Judges (“idiots”) and anyone else who rejects her absurd and demonstrably false claims regarding the POTUS (whom she calls “Usurper in Chief), with terms not limited to but including “thugs” “treasonous” “traitor”, “terrorists”, and  the list goes on.

  • Taitz has now gone on to plead for help in acquiring private (home) phone numbers and personal email addresses of Judicial officials who have ruled against her: http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=31213 (Charles White, ex-Secretary of State for Indiana, recently found guilty of Voter Fraud and other CLass “D” felonies)
  • Stalking Deputy Administrative Judge Michael Malihi, for being “corrupt” and inciting  against him for being an alleged Muslim: http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=31279 (question on his middle name) http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=31259 (questions regarding an AZ LLC due to the name “Malihi”)
  • Encouraging her followers to harass GA Secretary of State Kemp to set aside Judge Malihi’s decision regarding President Obama’s remaining on the Ballot: http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=31284; http://networkedblogs.com/tDdgU (“Burn up” the phones)
  • But more importantly, is demanding that only she be the recipient of “donations” for her “work”, warning people against donating to others who are trying to unseat the President.  Solicitations, I might add are ongoing and, with no accounting from her incorporated “Defend Our Freedoms Foundation”.
  • Providing no proof other than an Uncertified Personal check (not her Law Account) to show she paid the $20,000 fine that was levied against her.
  • Considering her lack of legal knowledge, I believe she needs to be investigated as to whether it was she who actually attended Taft Law School, took the Baby Bar and sat for the Bar Exam, as well as verifying she has complied with Continuing Education. I should add, that this concept has been floating around since 2009

It is apparent, that her tactic is the same as she used in her “lawsuit” against the Principal of the Yeshiva she sued when her son was accused of cheating: harass them til they resign and go away.

When will you take action and disbar this embarrassment to the United States legal system and the California State Bar? It is painfully obvious that she has a worse grasp of the Law than a one-armed man in a wrestling match.

Orly Taitz is headed for the Guinness World Book of Records, thanks to Georgia Deputy Administrative Judge Michael Malihi, when he ruled against her despite the fact that attorneys for President Obama refused to be present:

Even before the hearing, which Taitz kept describing as a “trial” she was dubious about Judge Malihi’s religious background, wondering if he were Iranian Christian or Muslim, but forgetting that there are Jews in Iran. I know, I know, as far as Ashkenazim are concerned, there is only them. Malihi is a Mizrahi (Middle Eastern Jewish) name, but that doesn’t mean squat to the successfully terrorized –  the low information voter aka “the Base” (or Groundlings or Peasants or Low Status, Willfully Ignorant). Immediately after hearing that Georgia Judge Michael Malihi ruled against the Plaintiffs in the case regarding Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 presidential ballot, and hearing that Malihi was a Muslim Iranian, I decided to find out all I could about him.  Is his ancestry really Iranian?  Is his faith really Muslim?  And did either of these things, if true, play a role in his decision to side with Obama in the Georgia eligibility hearing?…. noticed that Intelius offered an alternate spelling of his name.  I decided to look into the name Molihi.  Pretty much everything led back to the name Malihi.   I will look more into that later as time permits.  I also noticed that listed as locations where he lived is Connecticut.  Wasn’t that where the social security number was issued that Obama is using, or has used?  Wonder if that’s got any legs?

Those permanently terrorized by the WoT are her most ardent supporters. You can read it in his comments. Yes, the “Terrorists” won, and they all profess to be Republicans. And, because of this, I fear for Judge Malihi’s safety and for the safety of  his staff.

I really would like to attend CPAC (Conservative Political Action Committee) as a blogger/podcaster. So, I emailed them requesting credentials. Now, to raise the money to go. It’s not that much for megabus to DC roundtrip, I have a place to stay, so that’s not an issue. Oh, and I will need souvenir money.

Oh, OK, the REAL reason I want to go, is that I hear Orly will be there and will “get in their faces, and I am longing to witness the confrontation and her being ejected…

This morning I awoke to learn that the facebook group: Orly’s World had been deleted by facebook as “hate group” and what made us a “hate group”, why our Constitutional Right to mock Orly Taitz and her batshit birther seditionists. It seems on Facebook, you can call the President all sorts of pejoratives, threaten his life,  claim the Courts are corrupt and treasonous when they don’t agree with you, and call for outright sedition, yet, Facebook looks the other way.

Dr. Taitz and her sycophantic Teabirthers need to understand that the holding of opposing views and opinions are what makes a Nation great. It is when those views you don’t agree with are suppressed that a Nation indeed flirts like a high priced whore with Tyranny.  Do they? Not on your life. That’s the  thing about Teabirthing Seditionists. They simply HATE. Hate the President, hate Congress, hate no religious test for public office , hate the Government and especially the Constitution’s Preamble and the Bill of RIGHTS.  so when a group of people of varying political ideologies come together to mock “Lady Liberty” (sic), we are labeled “cyberbullies” a “hate group”.

They will hate themselves for being so gullible, once they wake from their slumber.

The Sheltered Existence. Fin: New Digs

Yesterday, I finally moved from the “Psi Kappa Omicron Sorority” to supportive housing. The quiet is deafening. The door, puts me “between the worlds” where I can finally have some peace. The people I have met here, in this new world, so to speak, are friendly, and so far above where I was, that it’s a bit astonishing.

My room, is about 12×20 (rectangular) with a dorm-sized fridge with a sink. I share the kitchen and a bathroom. I can come and go. I am an adult. Again.

UPDATE: About an hour ago, I felt like crying as it felt like the weight of the World had been lifted from me. Sweet Relief. I still feel like crying tears of Joy.

The Sheltered Existence Pt.17 The Long Winding Road to Housing

This is my last few days at the shelter. I will be moving into permanent housing by weeks end. My “sisters” at Psi Kappa Omicron have decided to send me off with a bang: a few fights, psychotic smearing of feces on the bathroom wall, and generally being little more than grade school students not wanting the “unpopular kid” to sit with them at lunch. As for me, I’ve spent a few days doing nothing but sleep. I am exhausted from all this. I’ve spent a full day at HRA waiting to get a piece of paper, that I have to go back Thursday to retrieve.

I’m a celebrity… GET ME OUT OF HERE!

The Sheltered Existence Pt 16 Return to Grade School

Sunday. F$cking Sunday. We were all awakened at 6 am to the sounds of a heated argument. It lasted until 8 am. Two hours of people yelling at each over I have no clue, but since it was left to go on, I must presume that the overnight staffer was either asleep, not at the desk or watching it for entertainment purposes. Of course, the “SHUT THE F**K UP” rang out, along with “SHHH” all to no effect.

The rest of the day was quiet. Except for the Bernice Show. Loud, annoyingly brassy and you just want to stuff a sock in her mouth. She took exception to someone sitting near her at dinner and a grade school argument of “You can’t sit there” broke out. Duration? 10 minutes.

It’s time for the pre-medication snack, and a fight is about to break out over the gluttony of a few women. some are eating a third complete meal consisting of a leftover plate from lunch or dinner (or both) an apple and a slice of pie. This is not sitting well with the rest of the women who need to take their meds with food. This could be solved if a snack were brought in for everyone, but that’s asking a bit too much, when they more or less cleared out the fridge for tonight’s snack.

“JER 14:14 Then the LORD said unto me: ‘The prophets prophesy lies in My name; I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spoke I unto them; they prophesy unto you a lying vision, and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their own heart.”

That’s what got me banned. It was on the Facebook page “Watching for EndTimes” in a thread about ‘judging others” one poster made a comment about “wolf in sheeps clothing”. I compared the Admin to the description. This of course made him angry. After all, no one but he can judge others. He blithered on about not getting anything out of the page, to which I corrected him, politely, that he was. He tells me that “God” told him to bring attention to the nonsense he is spreading around, that’s when I posted the above quote.

And, that’s when he banned me.
