When “No” Means “I will keep cutting myself til I get my way”
Since she first burst onto the “Keep the White House White” a/k/a “Birther Movement” scene, Orly Taitz has been losing a pitched battle. From “acting a s a”prosecutor” for so-called “Citizen Grand Juries” accusations of forgery and fraud to “copyrighting” post made up of other people’s comments or emails, she keeps metaphorically cutting herself in a bid for attention. Her current pattern of continual motion filing is similar to the tactic she took when suing the day school her son was expelled from for allegedly cheating. I presume she used a similar tact with all the other lawsuit she found herself involved in as a landlord and as a dentist.
What I find intriguing, is the lack of interest in her background. We know more about Barack Obama, than we do her. I have written the Hebrew University regarding her attendance, and they will not (cannot?) divulge her matriculation date and degree without her leave and say so, and her student ID number. I should add, that the Israeli equivalent of a DDS takes six years. Highly unlikely if she emigrated in 1981 and came to the USA in May of 1987 (note, no date is given for her arrival in Israel, just the year, while her date of leaving is given in full). Taft University, likewise has failed to answer my request as to the veracity of her attendance. Taft is a “correspondence” law school, which means, Taitz had little or no face to face interaction with her professors. Taft also requires an entry essay as part of the application process. Even giving leave that for Dr. Taitz English is a second language, her writing skills are not at a level that wold gain her entry into the school. Yet the “Birther Movement” seems singularly unconcerned with the lack of information about their self-appointed leader. Could it be, that it is because she looks like them? That she knows what buttons to push?
Taitz looked a (minor) victory in the face and opted for defeat. When Judge Malihi offered her a default judgement, she said “NO!!!! I WANT TO PRESENT MY EVIDENCE”. This continual refusal to face reality of the lack of credibility of her poorly worded motions is the equivalent of cutting, and she finding fewer places to cut. So much so, that she seems to have now embraced the Sovereign Citizens Movement quite fully in her latest “blog link”.

Orly Taitz is headed for the Guinness World Book of Records, thanks to Georgia Deputy Administrative Judge Michael Malihi, when he ruled against her despite the fact that attorneys for President Obama refused to be present:

Even before the hearing, which Taitz kept describing as a “trial” she was dubious about Judge Malihi’s religious background, wondering if he were Iranian Christian or Muslim, but forgetting that there are Jews in Iran. I know, I know, as far as Ashkenazim are concerned, there is only them. Malihi is a Mizrahi (Middle Eastern Jewish) name, but that doesn’t mean squat to the successfully terrorized – the low information voter aka “the Base” (or Groundlings or Peasants or Low Status, Willfully Ignorant). I decided to look into the name Molihi. Pretty much everything led back to the name Malihi. I will look more into that later as time permits. I also noticed that listed as locations where he lived is Connecticut. Wasn’t that where the social security number was issued that Obama is using, or has used? Wonder if that’s got any legs?
Those permanently terrorized by the WoT are her most ardent supporters. You can read it in his comments. Yes, the “Terrorists” won, and they all profess to be Republicans. And, because of this, I fear for Judge Malihi’s safety and for the safety of his staff.

That’s what got me banned. It was on the Facebook page “Watching for EndTimes” in a thread about ‘judging others” one poster made a comment about “wolf in sheeps clothing”. I compared the Admin to the description. This of course made him angry. After all, no one but he can judge others. He blithered on about not getting anything out of the page, to which I corrected him, politely, that he was. He tells me that “God” told him to bring attention to the nonsense he is spreading around, that’s when I posted the above quote.
And, that’s when he banned me.

If you are going to wander into a Facebook group to take on the members, it is always a good idea to read up on the person you are planning on impersonating, otherwise, you come off reading like a semi-literate baboon. Currently, there is a person pretending to be Emer De Vattel in one of the “Make Fun of Birthers” groups “challenging” us on Vattel’s inivisible “natural born citizen”. Invisible, because De Vattel never used the phrase in his Laws of Nations Or PRINCIPLES OF THE LAW OF NATURE APPLIED TO THE CONDUCT AND AFFAIRS OF NATIONS AND SOVEREIGNS . The French is Le droit des gens or, The Right of the People, if it were “Nations” it would be Le droit des pays. So, right there, we have the first error in translation. How many more are there in that 1883 edition that was digitized in 1999?

The best part of being an American Citizen, besides having the Constitution to guide us into the FUTURE, is that we can disagree on all manner of things. Boxers v. Briefs 49ers v. KC, SC BBQ v. NC BBQ, keeping the 16th Amendment and our Right to select our Representatives in DC v. Those who would willingly give that Right back to the State Government where corruption reigns. Our the Right for our children to grow up safely as opposed to being put to work such as they do in India, Indonesia and other nations.
Yes, I am a member of the media, and I do intend to submit my questions to Dr. Taitz. I have asked her to release her immigration records, which she is refusing to do citing her many trials around the country. I am accused of “betraying the Constitution”, when it is Dr. Taitz and her ilk that you unthinkingly and unquestioningly hand your frequent flyer miles and hard earned dollars to. I ask you only to do one thing. It’s not easy. But I ask itof you as a fellow American:
What do you really fear? A name? A skin color? The reality that anyone can really grow up to be President of the United States? All I ask of you is to think about it. I don’t need to know your answer, as it is between you and your God.

The Sheltered Existence, Pt13 Et Mi Matria
Happy UN-Thanksgiving. Times Square Church came and served up Jesus with the turkey and pork. I sat for a bit. got up and left, returned and began shaking with rage over the extreme level of discomfort, and the knowledge that I had reached my limit on the psychological pressure. I cracked. I vented, to a caseworker the week before, a volunteer, and I got the stealth conversion spiel from the woman who organized it from TSC. Everyone was telling me to suck it up and enjoy the turkey (which I did). Later in the evening, while talking to a staffer I mentioned my impression that this is not a secular shelter, and she agreed.
This morning, I got the stealth conversion via invitation to a church thanksgiving. The only way I can deal with the pressure is to be out of body, so to speak. or, banish myself to someplace else.
For 4 months, I have put up with the unrelenting stealth proslytizing by the staff. They get all defensive when I asky why no consideration for other beliefs. Thursday, the Umbrella organiztion will be serving a Thanksgiving meal. I told my caseworker that I feel the need to be “fucked up” in order to cope with the prospect of being on the outside looking in. I am stressed, anxious, doubling up on my meds. I sleep but wake up tired. I am angry. frustrated. and, no one at that fucking place really gives a shit. ALL COURT HOLY WATER
I may be in Purgatory, but the rest of them are in Limbo.

The Sheltered Existence, Pt 10 or, It really does take a poke in the eye
So, Friday.
Friday, I returned from my weekly meet up with a friend for late lunch and margaritas. When I returned to the shelter, I rode the elevator up with another resident who was just back from the hospital. She proceeded to tell me that the “Indigenous” Bigot[1]attacked her and bit her so hard, she required a tetanus shot. She was holding yellow paper.
Saturday, I had the day off, so I hung around, which was wise, as I don’t have a winter coat, and it was helacious outside with the snowstorm that blew through. I didn’t see either of them. So, I asked where “I.B.” was, and I was told ALMOST the rest of the story: I.B. sees her victim and calls the cops. Cops arrive, and she starts calling telling the white cop to “go back to where he came from”. He tells her to be quiet. She takes this as an acknowledgement to continue her anti-EuroAmerican rant. THEN she sees the person she attacked and started in on her. The cops tell her not to speak to the victim. Again, she takes it as an acknowledgement to continue. She ends up under arrest, as does the victim.
On Sunday, on my way back from work, I run into another from the shelter on her way home from work, who proceeds to tell me that the I.B. is at Bellevue for Observation and Evaluation. The victim was also stabbed in the eye with a pencil, a a piece of lead is still lodged in her eye.
Others had been repeatedly telling their caseworkers that the I.B. was close to harming someone, but they didn’t listen. A lawsuit may change that.
