An Open Letter to “Dr” Orly Taitz

Dear Mrs. Taitz,

I made Good Faith inquiries to you for an interview about YOU. what makes you tick, your time at Hebrew University, which will neither confirm nor deny you even graduated, Your political bent in Israel like, telling us about your connections to the Right of the banned KaCH party, Beitenu Yisroel, that is anti-Muslim. Or were you a member of KaCh? I’d also suggest not bothering to  attend Yom Kippurim services, since your confessions won’t be sincere. – all of which I deem relevant to Americans who want to understand you better. Your responses offered nothing but excuses, comparisons to real political dissidents who languish in prisons around the world, while you roam free under our oppressive Bill of Rights and to martyrs who have died for their cause. I must remind you, during this time of reflection, that we Jews don’t believe in Willful Martyrdom.

I’ve been following your sideshow for some time, and well, I just gotta say this: WTF? Do you even understand what a SLAPP Suit is? Do you understand what your attempts to deprive American citizens of THEIR right to Free Speech is called?Do you understand ‘RICO’? Your continual howls to boycott this show or that actor or add their names to a bogus “defamation” suit because they said things you considered “mean”, when most likely it was the truth regarding you and your crap “lawyering” . You have made the California State Bar a jesting-stock with your nonsense, and so, the time has truly come, madam, for you to release PROOF that it was you and not some well paid dupe who both took the Taft Law School Courses AND sat for the Cal Bar. And before your howler monkeys descend, I KNOW that you only had to provide your fingerprints at the time of your application to sit for the bar, and no a photo needed. I KNOW that no one from Taft ever spoke to you, I KNOW your English writing skills are worse than an amputee in a Calligraphy school. I KNOW you are incapable of writing a coherent pleading, and that alone should have disqualified your application to Taft.

I have no doubt that those who genuinely support your Sisyphean task truly believe that Hawaii is some exotic land somehow not connected to the USA like Alaska, which is connected to Canada which is connected to the USA.

The others are there for their amusement.

UPDATE: Open Letter to the California State Bar Disciplinary Board

It has been a full two (2) three (3) years since a formal petition to disbar on Dr. Orly Taitz for was filed. To date, there appears to be no action regarding this complaint.

I am adding my voice to the chorus of complaints regarding ORLY TAITZ, ESQUIRE, BAR NUMBER 223433.

Dr. Taitz has a record of scurrilous and unprofessional behavior, that is tainting the perception of members of the California State Bar (my father recently retired as a member), in that she has pursued with the compulsion of a stalker spurious allegations that our duly elected President of the United States is not a citizen, has presented documents, including a “kenyan” birth certificate later identified to be a forgery, has harassed members of the Supreme Court, leveled derogatory charges to Judges (“idiots”) and anyone else who rejects her absurd and demonstrably false claims regarding the POTUS (whom she calls “Usurper in Chief), with terms not limited to but including “thugs” “treasonous” “traitor”, “terrorists”, and  the list goes on.

  • But more importantly, is demanding that only she be the recipient of “donations” for her “work”, warning people against donating to others who are trying to unseat the President.  Solicitations, I might add are ongoing and, with no accounting from her incorporated “Defend Our Freedoms Foundation”.
  • Providing no proof other than an Uncertified Personal check (not her Law Account) to show she paid the $20,000 fine that was levied against her.
  • Considering her lack of legal knowledge, I believe she needs to be investigated as to whether it was she who actually attended Taft Law School, took the Baby Bar and sat for the Bar Exam, as well as verifying she has complied with Continuing Education. I should add, that this concept has been floating around since 2009

It is apparent, that her tactic is the same as she used in her “lawsuit” against the Principal of the Yeshiva she sued when her son was accused of cheating: harass them til they resign and go away.

When will you take action and disbar this embarrassment to the United States legal system and the California State Bar? It is painfully obvious that she has a worse grasp of the Law than a one-armed man in a wrestling match.

This morning I awoke to learn that the facebook group: Orly’s World had been deleted by facebook as “hate group” and what made us a “hate group”, why our Constitutional Right to mock Orly Taitz and her batshit birther seditionists. It seems on Facebook, you can call the President all sorts of pejoratives, threaten his life,  claim the Courts are corrupt and treasonous when they don’t agree with you, and call for outright sedition, yet, Facebook looks the other way.

Dr. Taitz and her sycophantic Teabirthers need to understand that the holding of opposing views and opinions are what makes a Nation great. It is when those views you don’t agree with are suppressed that a Nation indeed flirts like a high priced whore with Tyranny.  Do they? Not on your life. That’s the  thing about Teabirthing Seditionists. They simply HATE. Hate the President, hate Congress, hate no religious test for public office , hate the Government and especially the Constitution’s Preamble and the Bill of RIGHTS.  so when a group of people of varying political ideologies come together to mock “Lady Liberty” (sic), we are labeled “cyberbullies” a “hate group”.

They will hate themselves for being so gullible, once they wake from their slumber.

The Sheltered Existence, Pt 12 – On Resentment & Gratitude

Last night, an event was held at the Park Avenue Armory on one of the “forbidden” floors. Forbidden due to the fact that we shelter residents must use the Basement for entry and exit and cannot walk on the first, second or fourth floors. There is actually good reason for this: there are a few of my sheltermates who have crashed events have stolen from them. I remember one evening when they, the Armory staff, was setting up for an event on the first floor, and they were quite nervous about us residents crashing it. That’s when I learned of the party crasher who took with her upon exit, several bottles of alcohol. A few of us who reside there know quite well that the only reason the Armory puts up with all of us and the 911 calls to break up arguments is the money that is paid to them to lease two floors. There is not a night where there isn’t some bullshit drama, whether it be over the remote, or just from boredom. Staff will let the yell-fest continue with not very convincing attempts to shut it down.

Am I resentful? a bit. I shouldn’t be there. I should have been sent to transitional housing last July.I won’t start seeing place til January – shelter gets another $9K for those three months. But someone at the Williams Street Assessment shelter decided to send me to a shelter for mentally ill women. So, here I am.

Am I grateful? Yes. I have a roof over my head, shower, meals. I am not sleeping at copy shops or on the subway. I am not sleep deprived, I function. I don’t have carry my life on my back like a turtle.

Do I feel safe? not completely.

I just wrote:

I am the 99%.

I have a single paycheck job, while trying to make it in the theater and in Real Estate. and, with that single paycheck, I pay my phone bill, buy my medications, pay for a permanent mailing address, and to hear the caseworkers talk, that is a “skewed set of priorities”.

I live uncomfortably in a shelter with 99 other women, some of whom are incapable of holding down even one job. I do not earn enough to rent a room let alone an apartment.

I do not get anything more than food stamps, as even with the little I earn, I am still making more than I’d get on SSDI or SSI. I prefer to be working. So would those who are #occupyingWallStreet. Like the young man who lost his home when he lost his job. or the Vets who are treated like shit upon their return from too many tours. or the Seniors who are seeing their life savings piddled away by Banks shifting derivative risk over to their insured savings.

The only student loan I have is for a now defunct Theater Conservatory I attended over a decade ago. I have no car, no credit card, nor good credit (Thanks, VESID & SAE). I have a smart phone as adaptive device and a computer so I can work.

I worked for those fuckers on Wall Street @ the PSE and for Investment Bankers in NYC.Let me tell you,  their cocks got harder talking about money than they did talking about their wives and girlfriends.

that if you google “human stress” shelter, it asks if you meant “humane shelter” stress? It seems treating shelter animals for stress is more important that treating humans in shelters for the stress of residing there.
BUT!!! type in “homeless shelter” stress, you get one article dealing with the stress of living in a shelter, and it’s in Journal of Leisure Research… oh, yes, in fact, homeless women need MORE downtime to deal with the stress of having no or so little income, that they live stacked like cordwood in places you wouldn’t put a dog. In point of fact, shelter dogs are treated better – they get complete medical care, a balanced diet and a fast track to re-homing.

For example, After three months, at this new shelter, I completed a second housing packet since I became homeless. Apparently, the first one wasn’t any good, because it came via the ASSESSMENT SHELTER, where I had a place inside of  two months, wasn’t sent over, and therefore, redundancy was in order, now where it will be three months before I even talk to DHS (Dept. of Homeless Services)  about housing. Happy Fucking New Year. It’s all about the money.

And, they wonder why I am so stressed out. Got an idea for you: Check your asses into a shelter for three months, the time it takes to get all the paperwork done, since the shelter works under the premise you have nothing better to do with your time than sit around tending hemorrhoids, as you’ll only see your caseworker once a week. lots of luck seeing a nurse, by the time you get to the sign-up sheet, you’re either waiting all day  or shit out of luck. Weekends, you’re shit out of luck anyway, since there is no medical person available.

Or, we are viewed as “object lessons” for spoiled brats like the Kardashians:

At the shelter, Kendall and Kylie are shocked to meet a girl who lives with her entire family in a room the size of their bedrooms.

‘It’s kind of eye opening,’; Kylie says. ‘Their whole home is the size of my bedroom. Their whole life is in that room, that is so sad to me, that people live their lives in this tiny space.

Kendall adds: ‘The girls at the shelter showed us what life could be, and made me really appreciate everything we have.'[1]
