WINNIPEG — A bid by a white supremacist to get custody of his young son and older stepdaughter fell apart Thursday after a judge ruled the man has a long way to go to be a responsible parent.

The decision ends a case that saw the girl used as a “personal billboard” for white supremacist slogans, and a claim the children’s apprehension by child welfare authorities violated their parents right to freedom of expression…”It is apparent that (the mother) used her child’s body as a personal billboard to espouse racist views. So, here’s my take: It’s not the fans who are violating the DMCA, but the hosting sites, since they are the ones making money from our fan vids. I am with EMI on this:

EMI’s suit will likely revolve around two legal issues. First, are video-sharing sites — which organize, categorize and profit from user-uploaded copyrighted content — liable for copyright infringement? While the Digital Millennium Copyright Act includes “safe harbor” provisions for sites that promptly remove videos upon receipt of takedown notices from content owners, copyright owners claim that the DMCA, enacted years before video-sharing sites even existed, was never intended to protect sites that built businesses around rampant, unlicensed use of others’ intellectual property, especially when they encourage users to upload copyrighted content. (EMI also alleges that Vimeo itself uploaded videos containing its music, activity that isn’t covered by DMCA safe harbors.)

The suit however, does not cover the fanvids that are created, by say, fans of The Colbert Report, The Daily Show or even, the O’Reilly Factor (Disclaimer: I have made fanvids for all three shows. Hey, even O’Reilly needs…. uh… uhm….) But, since we the creators of these videos are not the ones profiting….

In Which Team CoCo makes the News

Yesterday, Jan 18, 2010, I and a group of Conando aficionados gathered in front of 30 Rock to let NBC know what we think of their laying  the blame for News Affiliates across the country for their revenue losses since Jay went to 10 pm. We all know that the 11:30 show is responsible for 11:00 pm NEWS losing advertising dollars, right? Yeah. right… Zucker the Sucker can’t blame Jay – Jay is their “blue-eyed boy” and Conan is the lanky mick they punked five years ago with the promise of hosting The Tonight Show when Jay “left”. They didn’t say he could keep it if Jay wanted it back. did they?

Even Minnie knows that NBC is being dickish about the way they are treating Conan and his writers:

Rodeo Clowns – Not that funny

Glenn Beck calls himself a “rodeo clown” and all we hear is “clown” . when we hear “clown” we think “circus clown”. Not men who throw themselves in front of pissed off brahma bulls to distract them from and to protect the thrown rider. Rodeo Clowns. Yes, they will make you laugh, but they will make you gasp when you see them using their speed and agility to distract a bull from trying to gore the puny human that was clinging to its back like a leech seconds earlier.

J’Accuse Mike Huckabee of Complicity in the murder of four Tacoma Cops

I accuse Mike Huckabee of Indifference. His indifference and callousness regarding his role in the execution of four Tacoma cops is not surprising, or even saddening. It’s par for the “Me Generation” course. It’s par for the American NeoConFundie course. It’s their Gospel. The Gospel of “It wasn’t me” You were all about clemency. 703 people were granted clemency during your tenure as Governor SEVEN HUNDRED THREE. More than any other Governor. who then went to Missouri, and raped and murdered someone. No, it’s not your responsibility. I mean you said you prayed with him – I mean he  “converted” to Christianity – Christianity. The New GET OUT OF JAIL FREE card?

Huckabee, who was criticized during his run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008 for granting many clemencies and commutations, cited Clemmons youth. Clemmons later violated his parole, was returned to prison and released in 2004.

CBN.com – Halloween—October 31—is considered a holiday in the United States. In fact, it rivals Christmas with regard to how widely celebrated it is. Stores that sell only Halloween-related paraphernalia open up a few months before the day and close shortly after it ends. But is Halloween a holiday that Christians should be observing?

The word “holiday” means “holy day.” But there is nothing holy about Halloween. The root word of Halloween is “hallow,” which means “holy, consecrated and set apart for service.” If this holiday is hallowed, whose service is it set apart for? The answer to that question is very easy—Lucifer’s!

Ok. I admit it. I am  a “Witch” am I Good? Bad? Indifferent? Depends on how mad you make me. but this is ridiculous.

The word “occult” means “secret.” The danger of Halloween is not in the scary things we see but in the secret, wicked, cruel activities that go on behind the scenes. These activities include:

  • Sex with demons
  • Orgies between animals and humans
  • Animal and human sacrifices
  • Sacrificing babies to shed innocent blood
  • Rape and molestation of adults, children and babies
  • Revel nights
  • Conjuring of demons and casting of spells
  • Release of “time-released” curses against the innocent and the ignorant.

Another abomination that goes on behind the scenes of Halloween is necromancy, or communication with the dead. Séances and contacting spirit guides are very popular on Halloween, so there is a lot of darkness lurking in the air.

WTF? I mean, I NEVER have Demonic sex. I have Wicked Good Sex, but never NEVER “Demonic”. Then, there is the “Ritual Child Abuse” crap. You know, the crap that ruined the McMartins in California.
Well, guess what Christians, praying to a saint is Idolatry. But, you’re too ignorant to see that.
