Dear Socks,

If you are going to wander into a Facebook group to take on the members, it is always a good idea to read up on the person you are planning on impersonating, otherwise, you come off reading like a semi-literate baboon. Currently, there is a person pretending to be Emer De Vattel in one of the “Make Fun of Birthers” groups “challenging” us on Vattel’s inivisible “natural born citizen”. Invisible, because De Vattel never used the phrase in  his  Laws of Nations Or PRINCIPLES OF THE LAW OF NATURE APPLIED TO THE CONDUCT AND AFFAIRS OF NATIONS AND SOVEREIGNS . The French is Le droit des gens or, The Right of the People, if it were “Nations” it would be Le droit des pays.  So, right there, we have the first error in translation. How many more are there in that 1883 edition that was digitized in 1999?

Another thing, my dear sockpuppets and wanna-be torlls, if you have to run back your froup for support, you’ve lost.

My fellow Americans,

The best part of being an American Citizen, besides having the Constitution to guide us into the FUTURE, is that we can disagree on all manner of things. Boxers v. Briefs 49ers v. KC, SC BBQ v. NC BBQ, keeping the 16th Amendment and our Right to select our Representatives in DC v. Those who would willingly give that Right back to the State Government where corruption reigns. Our the Right for our children to grow up safely as opposed to being put to work such as they do in India, Indonesia and other nations.

Yes, I am a member of the media, and I do intend to submit my questions to Dr. Taitz. I have asked her to release her immigration records, which she is refusing to do citing her many trials around the country. I am accused of “betraying the Constitution”, when it is Dr. Taitz and her ilk that you unthinkingly and unquestioningly hand your frequent flyer miles and hard earned dollars to. I ask you only to do one thing. It’s not easy. But I ask itof you as a fellow American:

What do you really fear? A name? A skin color? The reality that anyone can really grow up to be President of the United States? All I ask of you is to think about it. I don’t need to know your answer, as it is between you and your God.

Today, I received a “love letter” from one of you in my Facebook message.

If I was standing before you, I would tell your a traitor and run you out of my country. When McCain was asked to show his BC, he did without question. This Liar in Chief you are suppoting is hiding all his records and signed an executive Order to seal all his records. “Those who don’t want to disclose the truth, have something to hide” ~Barry Soetoro/Obama~ The only way to find the truth, is to have a judge that isn’t corrupt and media POS like you to report it. Since Soetoro is signing NDAA, you become a target for every soldier that will defend the Oath they swore to, KILL the Fucking Enemy! You are every Americans enemy and will be quarted like all the rest of the traitors who went against the Constitution! I hope you have a big Moat to protect you. The Sheltered Existence Pt 15: New Sister in the Sorority House

and, man, does she have anger issues… She just arrived, hadn’t even done her required intake, and when she was told she had to wait to de her laundry, she pitched a tantrum like you wouldn’t believe, screaming it was because she was “new” and there was a “seniority system” and blah-blah-blah. The  culminating factor  in the police being called was that she was throwing chairs around in the Tv room. By the time the cops arrived, another had calmed her down and was pissed that the on-duty staffer had called the cops. I think it was because the second staffer was made to work.

She’s calm now, but I still give her wide berth.

I interviewed for an apartment last week. Well, it’s a studio in a suite that I will share with three others, but we each have our own private room and we share the kitchen and the bath. I go back next week for the psychiatric screening.  It’s a really nice building in Manhattan on the West side. My “long national nightmare” may soon be ending.

Stuck

One of the women got stuck with an insulin needle belonging to the bed warmer next to her. Funny, the woman is not supposed to have her needles with her. But this goes along with the selective rule enforcement. I cannot go into a friend’s dorm, but one woman here, has the run of them. IN fact, I observed her in a sleeping area at the front of the dorm I am in going through the locker. Staffer said nary a word

WE cannot have a camera for ‘privacy reasons”, yet the Times Square Church had their cameras out snapping us “gratefully eating their Thanksgiving meal” I had to ask them to not take my picture. Double Standard. My P/S will be here, and if they naysay, I will point to TSC. We were never asked our permission for them to take pictures, and the Organization overseeing the shelter had no right to permit it. Privacy is Privacy. Rules apply to ALL or none.

PERIOD.

I have my SSDI meeting this morning @ 10:15.
I know who the locker slammer is.

Adventures in SSDI. Had the physical and psych. Got a bit hysterical with the internist over the TBI – kept asking me “how I knew I had a TBI” while not letting me finish. Oh, I know he had to ask, and the fact he triggered me by asking them I hope is a good thing for me. Am tired. Am relieved I don’t have to maintain the “cheery” façade for today. It’s so tiring.

During this time you face the challenge of creative change without destructive revolution. If you try to endure the pressure of a situation crying for changes in the face of profound obstacles, you subject your body to extreme tensions, which is not good for your health, especially your nerves.

Some people are utterly unconscious of the need for change in their lives. When this influence hits them, changes start to happen suddenly, which can be quite upsetting and unpleasant. The changes may even take the form of accidents, which are often an unconscious and inadvertent release of subconscious tension.

The Sheltered Existence, Pt13 Et Mi Matria

Happy UN-Thanksgiving. Times Square Church came and served up Jesus with the turkey and pork. I sat for a bit. got up and left, returned and began shaking with rage over the extreme level of discomfort, and the knowledge that I had reached my limit on the psychological pressure. I cracked. I vented, to a caseworker the week before, a volunteer, and I got the stealth conversion spiel from the woman who organized it from TSC. Everyone was telling me to suck it up and enjoy the turkey (which I did).  Later in the evening, while talking to a  staffer I mentioned my impression that this is not a secular shelter, and she agreed.

This morning, I got the stealth conversion via invitation to a church thanksgiving. The only way I can deal with the pressure is to be out of body, so to speak. or, banish myself to someplace else.

For 4 months,  I have put up with the unrelenting stealth proslytizing by the staff. They get all defensive when I asky why no consideration for other beliefs.   Thursday, the Umbrella organiztion will be serving a Thanksgiving meal. I told my caseworker that I feel the need to be “fucked up” in order to cope with the prospect of being on the outside looking in. I am stressed, anxious, doubling up on my meds. I sleep but wake up tired. I am angry. frustrated.  and, no one at that fucking place really gives a shit. ALL COURT HOLY WATER

 

I may be in Purgatory, but the rest of them are in Limbo.

So, Hail fucking Eris, kiddies.
